This page explains how MenuOrb users can request deletion of their account data, restaurant data, and data connected through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp integrations.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email to support@menuorb.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address used for your MenuOrb account, your restaurant name, and any connected Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or WhatsApp Business account you want removed from MenuOrb.
2. What we delete
We delete or permanently anonymize account data, restaurant profile data, connected social account tokens, AI conversation data, uploaded private media, and related operational records unless we must keep limited records for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp to MenuOrb, we also remove the stored access tokens and stop using those integrations for your account.
3. Remove MenuOrb from Meta
You can also remove MenuOrb from your Meta Business Integrations or business settings at any time. This stops future access from Meta's side.
After removing access in Meta, email support@menuorb.com if you also want us to delete data already stored in MenuOrb.
4. Timeline
We will acknowledge deletion requests as soon as possible and usually complete eligible deletion within 30 days.
If we need more information to verify ownership or complete the request, we will contact you by email.
